QualificationsMaster's or Doctoral degree in Nursing, certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.Current national certification (ANCC or AANP).Active, unrestricted RN and NP license in New York State.Minimum of 3,600 clinical practice hours or approximately 2 years full-time experience.Prescriptive authority and DEA eligibility required.Must be BLS certified.
