Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Join a dynamic and innovative healthcare team in the heart of Royal Oak, Michigan. Our facility is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to support our Ambulatory Surgery Center. Located in one of Detroit's most vibrant suburbs, Royal Oak offers a lively atmosphere with a rich selection of restaurants, nightlife, concerts, and attractions like the Detroit Zoo. Job Responsibilities: Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for surgical and medical procedures. Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and document findings. Collaborate with the Anesthesia team to establish the anesthetic plan and manage all aspects of anesthesia care. Provide leadership and mentorship to fellow healthcare professionals. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care. Conduct patient education and provide individualized care based on clinical needs. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and accurately document all care provided. Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, age-specific care for diverse patient populations. Support a positive working environment and foster effective communication among the healthcare team. Qualifications: Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). Active Michigan Nursing and Specialty Licenses. At least 2 years of CRNA work experience (excluding RN or training). Up-to-date BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Strong documentation and patient assessment skills. Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. License and Certification Requirements: Must have an active Michigan license and BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Requires up-to-date COVID-19 and annual flu vaccinations. Must have clean malpractice/license history and complete a health screening as per facility policy.
