Position Overview One of our Partners in Idaho, is seeking full-time locum CRNAs to support continuous anesthesia coverage at its Boise campus. This assignment requires flexible clinical coverage across variable shift lengths, supervised anesthesia support, and participation in scheduled call shifts.This position offers an upper-market provider pay structure based on current 2026 locum CRNA benchmarks. Assignment Highlights Full-time locum coverage only (no block scheduling)Variable shift lengths including 8-, 10-, 12-, 16-, and 24-hour shiftsCall required:1 weekend call per month2 weeknight calls per monthCall schedule released in 6-week blocksOT applies after 40 hours per weekSupervision model: maximum 4:1 CRNA to anesthetist ratioScrubs providedHPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission-certified agency Schedule 40 scheduled hours per week, mix of:8-hour shifts10-hour shifts12-hour shifts16-hour shifts24-hour shiftsVariable schedule assigned in 6-week blocksNo block scheduling Clinical Details Practice Setting: HospitalPatient Population: Adolescents, adults, geriatrics (90%+ age 12+)Operating Rooms:17 Main ORs7 Day Surgery Center ORsCath labs, endo, radiology, specialsSkills Required: GYN, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, GI, structural heart, EP, interventional radiology, MRISkills NOT Required: Burns, transplants, open heart, OB, sick pediatricsCRNAs do not perform their own regional blocks, but do perform spinal blocksEPIC EMR Skills & Experience Board Certified (NBCRNA) requiredMinimum experience: 1 year preferred (will consider 6 months in select cases)DEA requiredIdaho CSR requiredComfortable with Level II trauma cases Licensure & Credentialing Open to Idaho licensingCredentialing timeframe:30-45 days if licensed90-120 days if license pendingMust submit name, license status, and NPINo local candidates (facility preference)
