Required Skills: Valid Registered Nurse license from the Minnesota Board of NursingLicensed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in MinnesotaMinimum of 1 year of relevant anesthesia experienceACLS/BLS Tier 2 Advanced Cardiac Life Support certificationStrong clinical judgment and excellent communication skillsAbility to work independently within a supervised modelFlexibility to work various shifts including day, evening, overnight, and weekendsNice to Have Skills: Experience in tertiary care and specialized proceduresFamiliarity with Epic EMR systemAvailability for occasional overnight shifts and weekend beeper callAbility to adapt to variable shift lengths and schedulesPreferred Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist programPrior experience in hospital-based anesthesia in a high-acuity environmentDemonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary teamOther Requirements: Must reside 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern HospitalSupervised practice model requiring at least two weeks per month and 36 hours per weekAbility to obtain and maintain credentialing within 90-120 daysWillingness to support staff in a care team model (4:1)Commitment to providing care to patients aged 12 and aboveFlexibility for additional shifts, including overnight and weekend coverage, as neededMust comply with all applicable licensure, certification, and hospital credentialing requirementsThis role offers highly competitive hourly pay at $218.59, with increased rates for specific call hours, holidays, and overtime incentives.
