The Chief of Operations (COO) serves as the senior operational executive for a Nevada-based Taft-Hartley self-funded health clinic with multiple locations, providing strategic leadership, regulatory oversight, and day-to-day operational management. This position integrates the responsibilities of Executive Director, Compliance Officer, and Facility Safety Officer in alignment with the fiduciary, regulatory, and governance requirements of a jointly administered union/employer trust. The Chief of Operations is accountable to the Board of Trustees, comprised of equal union and employer representatives, and is responsible for ensuring that clinic operations are conducted solely in the interest of plan participants and beneficiaries, consistent with ERISA fiduciary standards, the Taft-Hartley Act, and applicable Nevada law. The position will be subject to an employment contract, and is an overtime-exempt, executive full-time position.
