The OpportunityWere seeking a Senior Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with wills, trusts (including advanced irrevocable trusts), tax strategies, and client counseling. Youll work directly with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families to develop thoughtful, personalized estate plansand collaborate with an experienced legal team that values professionalism, innovation, and heart. What Youll DoDesign and implement customized estate plans, including revocable living trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, and advance health care directives. Draft and implement complex irrevocable trusts and advanced planning structures for tax mitigation, wealth transfer, and asset protection. Provide advice on trust and estate administration, probate, and related tax matters. Conduct client consultations and explain estate planning concepts with clarity and confidence. Stay current on federal and Nevada-specific laws impacting estate, tax, and trust planning. Collaborate with paralegals, associate attorneys, and other team members to deliver exceptional client service.
