This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System. Salary and Benefits Hourly Rate- $30.00 - $43.20 Days (Rotating Weekends) Nights (Rotating Weekends) Shift Differential $4.25 nights/ $3.00 for weekends Sign-on Bonus $15,000 for days / $25,000 for nights (paid over 2 years) Relocation Assistance Health Insurance Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Long-Term/Short-Term Disability Health Savings Account 401(k) Plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay (based on years of service) Paid Time Off Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, utilizing your expertise to manage patients needs effectively. Regularly assess and document patients conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Implement and evaluate nursing interventions, including medications and therapeutic procedures. Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care. Uphold safety and infection control standards. Requirements 1 year of recent (Within the last 4 years) of Observation/Med-Surg acute care RN experience. Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date. Bachelor s Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma. Florida RN license required or appropriate compact licensure. If a compact license is held, an active FL RN license is required within 90 days of hire.
