They deliver integrated primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services to patients of all ages and backgrounds throughout the state.The PositionOur client is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join their outpatient behavioral health team in South Bend, Indiana.
