Telemedicine - Psychiatry physician job in Illinois :Chicago,lliinois:Established more than 50 years ago, a leading Community Health Organization is expanding and wants to hire 2 more Telemedicine Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists for their Behavior Health Department. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. These are remote Telemedicine positions. However, the C/A psychiatrists will be required to live in the state of Illinois.Full-time : Starting base salary: $280,000.Part-time employment : The salary and fringe benefits will be adjusted depending on the number of hours worked. Excellent fringe benefits package! PRACTICEOPPORTUNITY :This is a 100% remoteposition.However, the Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists willbe required to live in the state of Illinois and have an active Illinois license.They plan to hire two more C/A TelemedicinePsychiatrists.Full-time position:Work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with one late evening until 7 p.m. (later start time)Part-timeposition: Work 16 - 30 hours perweek (The benefits will be adjusted depending on number of hours worked.)Reasonablepatient volumeAvailability : Immediate and also candidates completingtheir C/A fellowships in June of 2026.This organization will notbe able to sponsor Visa waivers.Additional information regarding this leading Community Health OrganizationTheir clinics are staffed with InternalMedicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, OB/Gyn, Mental Health providers,Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and a fully staffed clinicalsupport team. They have been providing healthcare services for over 50years.The scope of practice includes evidenced basedclinical guidelines and provide continuous, comprehensive psychiatric treatment.Provider will review and/or gather patient histories to assess currentenvironment and/or history of behavioral health conditions with thepatient or in the patient's family.The physician will ensure that all patients havereceived the PHQ-2 and if needed the PHQ-9 to screen for depression andmonitor progress over time for patients that have been identified ashaving a moderate to high-risk scoring.Prepareall medical records, clinical reports and correspondence.Work incollaboration with scheduling, clinical staff, health management team andother providers to ensure that there is patient access and thatproductivity goals of 2.7 or higher are met daily/weekly.Makediagnosis and prescribe medication as necessary or make referrals to otherforms of behavior health treatment including full or partialhospitalization.Patients come into theclinic for an appointment so very limited "no shows".You would be part ofthe behavior health team with an excellent support group.Excellent Behavior Health team of support andcomprehensiveon boarding.FINANCIAL COMPENSATION : This community health organization is offering:Full-Time position: The starting base salary is $ 280,000, dependingupon the C/A Psychiatrist's experience and additional factors.
