Travel Nurse - RN - PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Unit

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Post Anesthesia Care Unit Registered Nurse for an exciting Travel Nursing job in San Francisco, CA. Shift: 5x8 hr days Start Date: 02/24/2026 Duration: 14 weeksThis role requires strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and the ability to float across UCSF campuses as operational needs require. Key Responsibilities: Provide post‑anesthesia and recovery care, including airway management, anesthesia recovery, and pain control Monitor patients during Phase I and Phase II PACU Assist in Pre‑Op and Extended Care when required Assess patient status and respond effectively to changes in condition Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards Float to other UCSF campuses as neededRequirements:Active California RN License – Required Minimum 2 years of PACU experience – Required Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience – Required Certifications (AHA Required): BLS ACLS PALS Preferred Certifications: CCRN or CPAN Strong knowledge of airway management, post‑anesthesia recovery, and pain management Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced clinical environmentAbout Lancesoft:LanceSoft’s mission is to establish global cross-culture human connections that further the careers of our employees and strengthens the businesses of our clients.
