CT Technologist PRN

Radiology Associates of Venice and Englewood is currently accepting applications for an CT Technologist / Radiologic Technologist PRN. We are a very busy imaging practice with three locations: Sarasota, Venice, and Englewood. Compensation depends on experience. Demonstrates concern and empathy to patients; Demonstrates accountability and responsibility. Performs procedures in a caring, compassionate and respectful manner. Prepares and positions patients and equipment in a safe, competent manner in accordance with established operating procedures. Conducts pre-examination and evaluation and documents all pertinent patient information prior to exam, i.e., patient history. Maintains effective communication with patient; Provides explanation of procedures. Proactively communicates with radiologists regarding any unusual clinical findings or history. Demonstrates use of interdisciplinary team approach to patient care; Collaborates and confers with radiologists, colleagues and other members of the healthcare team as appropriate.
