Tenants can browse listings, take 3D tours, and complete the application process seamlessly on their phones. Landlords benefit from centralized management of the leasing cycle, from tours to rent collection, all in one platform.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Robotics Engineer role located in Danvers, MA. The Robotics Software Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as developing robotics systems, implementing process automation, and collaborating with the software development team to enhance technology solutions.Qualifications:Experience with Structure from Motion (SfM) and camera pose estimationStrong experience with 3D Gaussian Splatting and surface reconstructionProficiency in Python and C++Hands-on experience designing and implementing computer vision algorithms (segmentation, object detection, classification, tracking)Familiarity with deep learning models and their deploymentSolid understanding of multi-view geometryProficiency in OpenCV, and either PyTorch or TensorFlowExperience working with 3D point clouds, mesh generation, and libraries such as Open3D, Trimesh, or PCLFamiliarity with 3D reconstruction pipelines (e.g., COLMAP, NerfStudio, Photogrammetry tools)Strong knowledge of coordinate frames, and camera calibrationPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldExperience with ROS/ROS 2 conceptsFamiliarity with robot localization using SLAM and multi-sensor fusionExperience working with multi-modal sensors: GPS, LiDAR, stereo/depth cameras, IMUsProficient in path planning algorithms (both global and local)Experience developing robotic software stacks for controls, motion planning, sensor integration, and simulation.
