This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building and developing sales talent, and partnering closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth objectives.The Vice President of Sales will represent our client with the highest level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and execution focus.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the sales strategy aligned to company growth objectivesLead, hire, and develop a high-performing team of Sales and Account RepresentativesOversee Sales and Marketing functions with clear accountabilityDrive revenue growth while balancing profitabilityOwn lead generation, pipeline management, and forecasting with a data-driven approachImplement structured sales processes across activity, pipeline, and proposalsEnsure full adoption of the sales technology stackPartner with executive leadership on growth strategy, referral programs, and go-to-market initiativesOversee opportunity qualification and coordination with Estimating and Construction teamsRepresent our client with integrity and professionalism in all customer interactionsRequirementsBachelor's degree required10+ years leading high-performing sales organizationsProven experience building and managing sales teamsStrong track record managing complex sales opportunities, including deals up to $10MData-driven mindset with experience owning pipeline and key metricsExperience partnering with executive leadership on growth strategyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and execution focusedHigh integrity, positive attitude, and strong leadership presenceBenefitsCompetitive base salary + commission4 weeks PTOFull healthcare coverage, 401K
