This opportunity is ideal for a proactive leader who excels in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments.Role OverviewThe Construction Manager will oversee all phases of a complex construction program"”driving schedule, quality, safety, and budget performance. This role requires strong decision-making, excellent communication, and deep technical knowledge of large commercial projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily field operations and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestonesDrive a strong safety-first culture across all trades and partnersManage GC & subcontractor performance; lead daily coordination meetings and site walksOversee cost reviews, change orders, contracts, and Plan of Record complianceCollaborate closely with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teamsIdentify risks early and develop mitigation or recovery plansProvide clear stakeholder updates and maintain strong communication rhythmsBuild positive relationships across teams and maintain high moraleRequired Experience10+ years of Construction Management experience (commercial required)Proven track record working with or within General Contractor organizationsExperience delivering large-scale projects ($100M-$500M preferred)Strong MEP knowledge and experience with mission-critical or data center facilitiesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive under pressure and drive continuous forward progressEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldOR 10-15 years of equivalent CM experienceOSHA 30 (Required) - must be completed prior to assignmentNFPA 70E (Required) - may be provided depending on project availabilityPMP/PMI certification preferredTypical Day in This RoleMorning: GC coordination meeting, site walks, addressing immediate constraintsMidday: Cross-functional discussions, reviewing metrics & schedules, cost oversightAfternoon: Risk mitigation planning, stakeholder updates, team engagementEnd of Day: Leadership syncs, documentation updates, next-day planningTop 3 Must-Have SkillsLarge-Scale Commercial Construction LeadershipExceptional Communication SkillsTeam & Relationship Building Across Trades and StakeholdersMore about Dexian- Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
