Business Development Specialist - RentWerx Property ManagementSan Antonio, Texas | Full-TimeBase Salary + Performance BonusesRentWerx Property Management is hiring a full-time Business Development Specialist to own and execute our growth and outreach efforts across San Antonio, Texas.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on consistent execution, real-world marketing, and being actively involved in the local real estate community. Your job is to make sure RentWerx is visible, present, and top-of-mind with real estate agents, investors, and referral partners "” every single week.This is not a "sit behind a desk and post on social" role. This is a hands-on, field-based marketing position focused on outreach, relationships, content, and events.About RentWerx:RentWerx Property Management is a full-service residential property management company serving San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding Texas markets. We partner with real estate investors to protect their assets, reduce vacancy, and improve long-term performance through strong systems, modern marketing, and clear communication.RentWerx value's accountability, consistency, and results "” and we believe great marketing is built on disciplined execution, not random campaigns.About the RoleThis role exists to ensure that all growth and marketing activities are executed consistently "” not just planned.You will work closely with our Sales Consultant and leadership team to drive:Realtor outreachReferral relationshipsEvent presenceContent creationWebinars and educational marketingBrand visibility across the local real estate communityYour success is measured by activity, consistency, and contribution to overall company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will own and execute:Realtor & Referral OutreachMake consistent outbound calls to real estate agents and referral partnersVisit at least 2 real estate brokerages per weekCall past clients and owners for referralsMaintain and grow referral partner relationshipsEvents & Community PresenceAttend at least 1 real estate event per weekRepresent RentWerx at meetups, networking groups, and industry eventsCoordinate sponsorships and speaking opportunities when applicableWebinars & EducationSchedule, promote, and manage educational webinars for investors and agentsAssist in creating presentations and follow-up materialsContent & BrandCreate at least 1 video per week (short-form or educational)Create and schedule social media contentLaunch and manage a local Facebook GroupUpdate marketing materials, one-pagers, and presentationsAssist with basic paid ads (Facebook, boosting content, etc.)Market ReportingCreate and distribute monthly rental market updates to brokerages and referral partnersWho We're Looking ForThis role is ideal for someone who:Has a marketing, communications, or real estate backgroundIs comfortable being on the phone and in the fieldEnjoys talking to people and building relationshipsIs highly organized and self-directedIs consistent and reliable (this role lives or dies by execution)Is comfortable creating basic video and social contentLikes having clear expectations and ownershipYou do not need to be a designer or ad specialist.
