Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our í‡imsa Americas Team!This position is located in Houston, Texas,As Finance Manager at í‡imsa Americas you will be responsible for:Organize the company's financial planning and operational processes (current year and long-range planning) across the Americas and all business units through cross-functional coordination, key driver analysis, KPI management, and collaborative supportLead and optimize the finance function and all operational teamsDevelop and manage strong relationships with internal teams, customers, tax authorities, banks, and vendorsEstablish and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and proceduresCreate an orderly chart of accounts and a robust system of controls over accounting transactionsManage the annual audit process to ensure accurate and comprehensive results, meeting all deadlines and requirements of lenders, owners, and other stakeholders, while maintaining positive working relationshipsDevelop and oversee the treasury strategyManage cash flow effectivelyEnsure timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting for senior management and shareholders; lead month-end and year-end closing processes and coordinate consolidationEnsure compliance with all reporting requirements and tax filings for local, state, and central public institutions and banksPrepare the 1-year budget, 3-year budget, and expected financial forecastsEnsure the finance area is managed in a safe, organized manner in alignment with budgetary guidelinesProactively assign tasks and teams for additional responsibilities and projectsMonitor and manage credit riskTracking Related Party transactions and Transfer Pricing ReportsDigitalization Projects and SAP implementationThis is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:University degree in related fields, (Faculty of Economics or similar) preferably a master's degree7-10 years' experience in accounting/finance department, preferably in an international group of companiesAdvanced knowledge of English and TurkishAdvanced use of MS Office programsAbility to use Microsoft Office and SAP programs effectivelyHaving good judgment, analytical thinking, responsibleTeam management skillsBig 4 experience is plusí‡Ä°MSA considers equality, diversity and inclusiveness in business life as a part of the culture of doing business, and implements the policies it publishes and practices related to this.
