This role is ideal for a proven salesperson who understands residential remodeling, loves working with homeowners, and knows how to inspire confidence and excitement "” without being responsible for full project design or management.We've intentionally restructured this position to allow each team member to operate in their zone of excellence. This role is primarily sales and relationship-driven, supported by our experienced Lead Designers and Production team.About the RoleAs a Design Consultant, you will be the first point of contact in the in-home consultation. Your role is to build trust, understand the client's goals, introduce our process and team, and guide homeowners toward signing a design retainer.Once the construction contract is signed, the Lead Designer takes over full responsibility for design development, selections, and project management.
