The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily on-site operations, ensure projects are completed efficiently, and maintain high-quality standards. The responsibility includes supervising construction teams, coordinating schedules, enforcing safety regulations, managing budgets, and ensuring project timelines are met.QualificationsExperience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety practices5+ Years Experience in a Superintendent role is requiredThorough understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipmentProficiency in interpreting construction blueprints and documentsProficiency in Excel, Word, Procore, or related Project Management softwareStrong Project Management and Budgeting skillsExceptional Organization Skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferredSelf-starter with the ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively.Qualifications and Getting StartedCompetitive salary commensurate with experience, plus benefits.
