Experienced Lead Superintendent

This is a full-time on-site Lead Construction Superintendent role located in Dallas, Texas. Our Lead Superintendent position is responsible for overseeing construction site management, ensuring construction safety, utilizing strong organizational skills, and managing on-site activities daily basis.QualificationsPrefer a Bachelor's Degree in Construction ManagementMinimum 5 years as a superintendent in Commercial ConstructionProficient in Construction Site Management and Construction SafetyProficient in MS Office, Excel, Microsoft Project, Procore, BluebeamProficient in reading drawingsProficient in building and maintaining the master schedule.Strong Organization Skills for managing multiple tasksExcellent communication and leadership skillsKnowledge of relevant construction rules and regulationsDemonstrated prior experience leading successful project teamsThe ideal candidate is self-motivated, has good written and oral communication skills, and strong work ethic.The ideal candidate will possess strong construction knowledge and have a background in both ground up and tenant improvement projects for Retail, K-12, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Office and/or Industrial.Prior experience managing projects in the $8M - $50M+ project size.We offer competitive benefits and compensation packages, generous paid time off, bonuses, company gas card, monthly auto allowance, 401K with match, plus more!To apply send your resume and project list to: phone calls, principals only.
