Required Skills: Valid Registered Nurse license issued by the MN Board of Nursing Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification recognized by the MN Board of Nursing Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience ACLS and BLS Tier 2 certifications Ability to work a minimum of two weeks per month, with at least 36 hours per week Supervised model experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Proficiency with Epic EMR system Ability to support specialized care procedures (note: CRNAs do not perform blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals) Nice to Have Skills: Experience with emergent and non-emergent perioperative anesthesia Comfort with occasional overnight shifts or weekend call Knowledge of hospital operations and care team models Flexibility for varied shift lengths (8, 10, 12, or 16 hours) Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing At least one year of post-graduate anesthesia practice in a hospital setting Current ACLS/BLS certification upon hire Credentialing process completed within 90-120 days Other Requirements: Reside at least 50 miles from Abbott Northwestern Health System (MN is not a compact state) Beeper call available on some Saturdays and weekday nights; weekend beeper call options available Willingness to support specialized patient care without performing certain procedures Ability to obtain and maintain proper licensure and certifications Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable This is an outstanding opportunity to join a professional team dedicated to excellence where your skills will directly impact patient outcomes.
