Due to continued project wins and a strong pipeline of work, the company is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its team.Projects typically include retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use developments, with a focus on well-managed delivery and repeat client relationships.The RoleAs Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeoutDevelop and manage project budgets and schedulesCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultantsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administrationMonitor project financial performance and cost controlWork closely with Superintendents to maintain project progress and quality standardsLead client communication and maintain strong working relationshipsOversee project closeout and turnover documentationRequirementsExperience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractorProven ability delivering ground-up or major renovation projectsStrong financial and schedule management capabilityStrong subcontractor coordination and contract management experienceGood communication and leadership skillsWhat's On OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageStrong pipeline of Dallas-area commercial projectsLong-term career progression opportunitiesSupportive and experienced project teams
