Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Indianapolis, IN. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the team through clerical tasks and administrative duties, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and organizing meetings. Additional responsibilities include offering executive-level administrative assistance, answering and directing phone calls, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. QualificationsStrong Administrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsProficiency in Phone Etiquette and CommunicationExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and organizational supportDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in office software tools and applicationsBachelor's degree or relevant work experience preferred
