Complete the entire Career Path and you can potentially earn additional compensation on top of shift differentials, frequent salary increases, and routine range adjustments Position Overview Permanent, full-time role 36 hours per week Night shift (6pm-6am) Sign-on bonus and relocation bonus (if needed) Shift Details Hours are 6pm- 6am (3x12s) must be able to be on call Compensation & Incentives Salary range: $$43.7k – $69.4k sign-on bonus (amount determined during interview process) Comprehensive benefits package Relocation Bonus if needed Key Responsibilities Provides care to all patient populations for therapeutic purposes Provides bedside diagnostic procedures as needed. Reviews and maintains respiratory care plans. Performs evaluations on patients and adjusts the care appropriately. Assists as a preceptor for students and new hires. Requirements Must obtain entry level certification and must have a valid Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the NBRC Must have a current Ohio State license for Respiratory Care Practitioners. Must have current certification in CPR Community Hospital locations, must have ACLS and NRP certifications or obtain within 6 months from date of hire or transfer; PALS and Stable preferred but not required.
