Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Macon, GA A well-established, physician-led neonatal practice is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join a collaborative team providing high-quality care in a Level III NICU located in Macon, Georgia. Position Highlights 24/7 in-house NNP coverage within a collaborative, team-based care modelWork closely with a group of Neonatologists who prioritize communication, autonomy, and shared clinical decision-makingModern NICU with strong interdisciplinary and respiratory therapy supportOpportunity to practice at the top of license in a well-structured neonatal program Key Responsibilities Participate in daily NICU patient rounds with the neonatology teamProvide support to the newborn nursery as neededAttend and manage high-risk deliveries with neonatologist backup and a dedicated resuscitation teamPerform advanced NICU procedures, including:Endotracheal intubationUmbilical line placement (UAC/UVC)Chest tube or pigtail catheter insertionLumbar punctures Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $120,000 $190,000 (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, and paid time off Why Macon, GA?
