About the Position The Regional Vice President of Operations will provide strategic and hands-on leadership for multiple offices, with responsibility for operations in Charlotte and Raleigh. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction leader who deeply understands labor management, large-scale field installation challenges, and the realities of running complex projects across multiple markets. Beyond operational execution, this role requires a leader who can mentor, motivate, and develop field and office teams, driving performance while maintaining a strong culture of accountability, safety, and respect. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing regional operations, including project execution, labor strategy, scheduling, and productivity Leading and developing project teams, superintendents, and operational leaders Ensuring consistent performance across multiple offices and job sites Partnering with executive leadership on growth strategy, forecasting, and resource planning Driving operational excellence while maintaining strong client relationships Requirements Proven senior leadership experience in construction operations, ideally within drywall or large-scale interior systems Deep understanding of labor management, workforce planning, and field installation challenges Experience managing multiple offices or regions Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics Willingness to be based in Charlotte, NC, with regional travel as needed Benefits Highly competitive compensation: $250,000-$260,000 base salary 20–30% annual bonus potential ESOP participation (employee ownership) Executive-level benefits package Opportunity to play a key leadership role within a respected, growth-oriented organization #LI-SK1
