Our work includes both ground-up construction and complex renovation projects, often in active and occupied environments.Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Estimator to join our preconstruction team.The RoleAs a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in leading preconstruction and estimating efforts from conceptual budgeting through final bid submission. You will work closely with internal project teams, clients, and trade partners to deliver accurate, competitive, and well-structured estimates.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and lead estimates for commercial ground-up and renovation projectsDevelop conceptual budgets, hard bids, GMPs, and negotiated workPerform detailed quantity take-offs and cost analysisSolicit, review, and level subcontractor bids across all tradesParticipate in scope reviews, value engineering, and constructability discussionsCollaborate with project managers and field teams during handoff and executionSupport client meetings and preconstruction presentationsQualifications7+ years of experience as an Estimator with a General ContractorStrong background in commercial construction, including retail, restaurant, corporate interiors, education, and/or healthcareExperience with both ground-up and renovation projectsProficiency with estimating software and construction documentsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $125,000 - $155,000 (based on experience)Competitive benefits packageLong-term stability with a strong backlog of workOpportunity to work on diverse, high-quality commercial projects
