BW is dedicated to providing seamless handover services, ensuring efficient and successful project completion.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Estimator located in Houston, TX. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for industrial construction projects, conducting quantity take-offs and writing up scope of architectural and MEP, analyzing project specifications, and preparing budgets. The individual will collaborate closely with project teams, vendors, and clients to create detailed and efficient project estimates. Effective communication with stakeholders is key to ensure precise financial planning and project execution.QualificationsProficiency in Construction Estimating and conducting Quantity Take-offsStrong skills in Cost Management and BudgetingExcellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectivelyAttention to detail and a proactive approach in ensuring project accuracyAdvanced knowledge of construction industry standards, tools, and best practicesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in industrial construction or EPC projects is preferred
