Mental Health Therapist- Domestic Violence Provider Job SummaryHi! We are a thriving, locally owned and operated, community mental health clinic seeking an outgoing Mental Health Therapist who is passionate about working with the underserved/forensic population and Domestic Violence Offenders. At GTS, your clinical duties will be based on your strengths and may include DV Intake Assessments, DV Group and/or Individual Therapy, Co-occurring intake assessments, group therapy, individual therapy, and attending meetings with community partners. We offer an opportunity for supervision and training to become an approved Domestic Violence Treatment Provider (DVOMB) or Sex Offender Provider (SOMB), if you are not already approved. Our Agency is located in three locations (Colorado Springs, Canon City and Pueblo). Seeking full-time Clinicians who are willing to work in the Pueblo office and provide in-person services. Responsibilities and DutiesResponsibilities and duties may include: Carrying a Domestic Violence (DV) or clinical caseload; Conducting co-occurring intake assessments; service plans; crisis intervention; individual and group therapy; Multidisciplinary team meetings; Coordinating patient care by providing recommendations and pertinent information to treatment providers regarding potentially helpful resources; and formulating plans for aftercare. Qualifications and SkillsA masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling or a closely related field. Colorado (DORA) registration (LPCC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, ACC ...) is needed. We can help you with Supervision toward your LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAC, DVOMB or SOMB credentials. Computer proficiency required. CompensationSalary range is $60,000-$70,000 and is based on experience and licensure status. This is aSALARY position. You will be paid your wage even if the client does not attend their scheduled appointment.
