Work remotely and be part of an innovative legal team!*About the Role*At Fisher Law we specialize in several fields, primarily focusing on workers' compensation defence, employment/labor law defence, civil defence, subrogation, and corporate and entertainment transactional work.Your primary role will focus on defending employers and insurers in employment-related litigation. As an associate attorney, you'll collaborate closely with lead attorneys, actively participating in every stage of the litigation process—from case evaluation and discovery to representing clients at workers' compensation appeal board hearings.*Highlights:** Remote work* Flexible hours* Defending major corporations* Working with industry leaders*Workers' Comp Attorney Responsibilities:** Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings* Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies* Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests* Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial* Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary* Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to our clients*To be considered applicants must have a valid California bar license.**Company Offers*Salary starting at $80,000 - $150,000+ bonus.
