Assistant General Manager - Restaurant & Tap House

The primary role of the Assistant General Manager is to support management in leading the business as a profitable, premier food, beverage, and entertainment establishment. Service, Quality & Family is the cornerstone of the business. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for supervising the kitchen, bar, server, and support staff of the business. The position is a full-time role and required to work on site. The position requires a high level of reliability, competence, commitment, and business acumen. While some flexibility in working hours is anticipated, the AGM is generally expected to be on site during business hours, typically 11:00am - 8:00pm Wednesday through Sunday. It is also an expectation that the AGM participates, as necessary, in off-hour related business activities such as inventory and food delivery management.
