Start Date: 1/6/2025 End Date: 3/28/2025 Weekly Schedule: Would prefer Monday - Friday. Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-12pm. We could do Tues-Friday, Tues-Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri 8am-4pm. Work Details: • # of Support staff: 6 • Patient population/age: Adult & Some Cooperative Pediatrics • EMR: Dentrix Cases/Procedures: 3-5yrs, traditional dentistry, endo, extractions. Will refer out all implants. We need great experienced, professional doctors. This will be a complete rebuild and training of team, rebrand the office. We need a solid doctor candidate here! We can confirm January - March for now but this will be a long term temp need. Could go into April, May etc • Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required. Requirements: • State license required: Yes • DEA: Not required but preferred • Certifications required: BLS Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: Must obtain new TB Gold Test within three days of accepting offer.
