This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney with an established practice to expand their reach within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary firm consistently recognized by Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience practicing Trusts & Estates law.Existing book of business required.Demonstrated success advising clients on estate and probate matters, drafting wills and trusts, and handling surrogate’s court proceedings.Medicaid planning experience strongly preferred.Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to practice law in New York State, in good standing.Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills.Proven ability to grow and manage a practice while working collaboratively with peers across practice mitment to the highest standards of professionalism and pensation & BenefitsBase salary range: $140,000 – $175,000 (commensurate with experience).Origination credit for portable prehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with firm match, and more.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8-hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In personTully Rinckey PLLC is a nationally recognized law firm known for its rapid growth, consistently earning a spot on the INC5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies.
