Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT- Surgery)

We are seeking an experienced and personable Registered Veterinary Technician to join our hybrid mobile and in-house veterinary surgery team. This is a full-time, salaried, position working directly alongside our veterinary surgeon (Dr. Kim Tong). This position initially will predominantly be traveling to various clinics for mobile surgical procedures, but will eventually transition to a hybrid model to include in-house consultations and surgeries as well. Because this role interacts regularly with outside practices, our RVT will be an important face of our company and should be confident, professional, and friendly in a variety of clinical environments.This is a lead position, which means that in addition to going on mobile surgeries with Dr. Tong, our RVT will also be in charge of scheduling, creation of SOGs, overseeing/training new technician support, and other tasks a lead surgical technician would reasonably be in charge of. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with anesthesia monitoring and is comfortable supporting surgical cases from start to finish. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to adapt quickly, and confidence working in a mobile setting. In addition to technical skill, we are looking for someone who communicates well, builds rapport easily with clinic staff, and represents our service with warmth and professionalism. This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, along with one flexible day on either Tuesday or Thursday.
