Join Our Team as a Clinic LPN/LVN and Make a Difference in Patient Care We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide exceptional care in a dynamic clinical environment. This vital role involves working Monday through Friday, with shifts between 7:00 am and 4:30 pm, including a one-hour lunch break. You will be integral to clinics specializing in Flight Medicine and Operational Medicine, delivering high-quality patient care and supporting diagnostic procedures. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive patient care tailored to diverse populations, utilizing sound judgment to prioritize procedures and treatments.Accurately observe, assess, and respond to patient needs, including medication administration, equipment-assisted care, and patient/family education.Prepare and administer prescribed medications (oral, topical, subcutaneous, intramuscular, and intravenous) following established protocols.Recognize urgent or emergent situations, seek assistance from RNs or physicians, and initiate emergency interventions as needed.Support complex diagnostic tests and procedures by preparing patients, assisting with examinations, and monitoring patient conditions before, during, and after procedures.Orient and mentor peers and ancillary staff to uphold unit policies, standards of practice, and a healthy work environment that enhances patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.Required Skills: Graduation from an accredited community college, junior college, college, university, or vocational nursing program accredited by Commission on Nursing Education Accreditation or another acceptable accreditation body.Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN/LVN.Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license from any state.Current ARC or AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification.Ability to pass a government background check/security clearance.Other Requirements: Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.No travel required.This position offers an hourly pay rate of $25.00, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
