Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Post-Acute Care Tucson, Arizona Full-Time We are seeking a compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing post-acute care team in the Tucson, Arizona area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and meaningful patient impact. This full-time position (5 days per week) involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities, supported by a strong clinical and operational leadership team. We are specifically seeking a provider with at least two years of NP or PA experience, ideally with a background in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or physiatry. Why Join Us?
