Role Overview Schedule: Part-time, 3 days per week (Monday-Friday; no weekends required)Setting: Skilled nursing facilities - rounding primarily in short-term unitsDocumentation: Completed remotely within 48 hours of patient visits using a provided iPad or laptopThis hybrid structure allows you to provide in-person care while enjoying the flexibility of remote documentation.
