Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive health services across all age groups, from infants to seniors.Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments.Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses effectively.Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.Create and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating preventative care strategies.Engage patients in their health journey, providing education on disease prevention and management.Keep accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.Participate in community health initiatives and wellness outreach programs.
