Director, Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Job Description: As the Senior Director – MRE, North America, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for maintenance and reliability across a diverse portfolio of facilities throughout North America. You will lead and develop high-performing teams through a hands-on, people-first leadership approach, fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. In close partnership with senior leaders across the Operations organization, you will define, evolve, and execute a North America–wide maintenance and reliability roadmap, establishing consistent standards, driving operational excellence, and ensuring safe, efficient, and scalable operations across all business verticals. You will… Provide executive oversight of MRE operations across North America, including automation and manufacturing systems, facilities, refrigeration, PIT, and site infrastructure, ensuring consistent standards, compliance, reliability, and scalability across a multi-site network. Lead and develop a distributed organization of Associate Directors, senior managers, managers, and technical teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement through strong leadership, succession planning, and talent development.
