Job Summary Job Summary: We are currently seeking motivated Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our team and serve multiple nursing home facilities across NYC. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates looking to start their careers in a supportive and patient-focused environment. The Nurse Practitioner will be part of Essen growing medical professionals. The NP/PA will conduct routine primary care and follow-up visits for patients residing in long-term care and subacute nursing facilities.
