Job Family:SAAS/PAAS/Cloud ConsultingTravel Required:Up to 50%Clearance Required:Ability to Obtain Public TrustWhat You Will Do:As part of our Workday Practice, you'll be part of an energized team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technologyFrom initial assessments to entire transformations, you'll deliver Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financials solutions equipping organizations with the information they need to make better business decisionsAs an Adaptive Planning Lead at Guidehouse, you will be responsible for designing and configuring the areas of Adaptive Planning for our customers who are primarily implementing Workday as a solutionOther responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead the design, configuration, and support testing of Workday Adaptive PlanningDeliver requirements and design documentsActively communicate with other team members on cross functional itemsMentor and manage team members by fostering an environment of collaboration.Communicate technical and business challenges and solutions to internal and client teamsBe an active participant and leader on assigned projects helping to streamline client processParticipate in business development activitiesParticipate in an innovative, teaming culture to enabled constant innovation and improvement to process and assetsDemonstrate consultative skillsHave a passion for high customer satisfaction levelsWhat You Will Need:US Citizenship and must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with GuidehouseBachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FOUR (4) years of experience in Workday (or other ERPs) Adaptive Planning functional configuration, OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of TWO (2) years of experience in Workday (or other ERPs) Adaptive Planning functional configuration.
