Ref #: C-SLP-Location: Pittsfield, MAType: Contract/TravelStart: ASAPDuration: 13 weeksSchedule: Sun-Sat, 08:00 AM-04:30 PMRate: Travel $2,648/40 hrs; Local $2,608/40 hrsRequired:Valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist state licenseKey responsibilities:Perform comprehensive assessments of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders using clinical evaluations and diagnostic testing.Diagnose type and severity of communication and swallowing impairments.Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.Provide evidence-based therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and swallowing (dysphagia).Recommend, implement, and provide training for augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) as needed.Instruct patients and families in home/school/work strategies and exercises to support progress and safety.Monitor, document, and revise treatment plans based on patient progress; maintain accurate, current clinical records (assessments, plans, progress notes).Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (physicians, therapists, educators) to coordinate care.Support carryover of communication skills into daily activities.Participate in professional development to maintain best-practice knowledge.Perform other duties as assigned by management.
