Empowering people.*Primary Responsibilities: ** Sales, Estimating and Project Management.* Understanding of Project Scope and Customer Expectations/Pain Points.* Understanding of Customer Spec while also being creative in cost effect solutions.* Build Proposals that meet Customer Needs in Serve CRM.* Deliver/Present Proposals to Customers.* Provide a high level of communication to customers throughout the duration of the project.* Manage Automation Projects, ensuring scope and customer expectations are met to achieve a specific Sales and Margin Target.* Write Sequence of Operations for new and retrofit systems.* Oversee panel builds and Schematic design related to your projects.* Communicate to Branch Manager on Project financial and completion status.* Teamwork* Work in a team atmosphere or individually to build HMI Screens for various Automation Projects.* Work in a team atmosphere or individually to Design Electrical Schematics, Hardware selection and Panel Layouts for various Automation Projects.* Respond to Customer Service Calls Independently by Troubleshooting and debugging automation issues.* Mentor, teach, train less experienced technicians.* Soft Skills* Participate in Branch and Training events.* Conducts themselves with a humble Team-minded attitude.* Learning new skills with an attitude of continuous improvement.* Ability to lead a small team with a "Coach" mindset through a project.* Willingness to take on whatever task is necessary to take care of the Customer, Project or Team.*Hard Skills:** Allen Bradley PLC's & HMI's.* RS500, RS 5000, Studio 5000* Familiar with VFD and Servo applications* Motor Controls* AC/DC Wiring/controls* Troubleshooting Machine control systems.* Control Prints and Symbols.* Eplan & AutoCad* Familiar with UL 508A Standards* Familiar with different types of Manufacturer sensors and control devices.* Familiar with other PLC and HMI manufactures outside of Allen Bradley is a plus. xevrcyc* Familiar with Robot applications in a plus.We are proud to offer our employees:* Health Insurance* 401k* Competitive Wages* Paid Vacation* Paid Holidays* Company Vehicle* Company Cell phone and LaptopJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayOvertimeSupplemental pay types:Commission payExperience:Project Management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Relocation assistance* Vision insurance
