We are a US Customs Brokerage in Niagara Falls, NY seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and reliable experienced Customs Broker Import Specialist. Required to join our team for assisting with international business operations. The candidate with assist our Vice President of Compliance with a wide range of day-to-day issues. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to analyze customer inquiries effectively.
