Through AI‑led efficiencies, collaboration with product and tech, and close partnership with sales, marketing, and user research, you’ll drive personalized, compelling user experience in‑app and through our various communication channels.Collaborating with our merchandising, marketing, and product teams, you will use data and insights to automate Fetch’s offer marketing efforts, improve user experience, and increase retention rates for new and current users. This is a unique role that will shape the experience of millions of users, and drive growth across the company through data‑driven insights.This is a full‑time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop a marketing automation roadmap and execute against this in tandem with product, tech, and marketing teamsDevelop go‑to‑market strategies for new consumer‑facing products that balance commercial opportunities with user experienceUse data and experiments to inform product development and product strategyUse AI and a range of software tools—including ChatGPT, Claude, Snowflake, Google Workspace, and Iterable—to develop efficient workflows that create personalized, custom experiences for usersIdentify opportunities for new product and commercial opportunitiesMinimum Requirements12+ years experience in a Go‑to‑Market, Strategy & Operations, or Automation roleRelevant experience and/or relevant college degreeAbility to automate and create efficiencies using AI and cutting‑edge technologiesAbility to analyze complex data and draw conclusionsProficient in SQLProficient in Microsoft Excel or Google SheetsAbility to work collaborativelyExperience in gaming or consumer‑facing appsEntrepreneurial spirit, high agency, and a self‑starterPreferred RequirementsExperience in the ads industry and/or go‑to‑marketAdaptability and flexibility to handle changing market conditionsExcellent project management and organizational skillsCompensation At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages including base, equity, and benefits to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $173,801–$196,688.
