Lead Warehouse Associate

Position: Lead Warehouse AssociatePay: $24/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pmEmployment Type: Temp-to-HireLocation: On-site warehouseOverviewWe are seeking an experienced warehouse professional to support daily operations in a fast-paced environment with evolving and partially undocumented processes. This is a Lead-level hands-on role with the potential to grow based on performance.This role will act as a right-hand support to warehouse management and is ideal for someone with strong experience in shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and quality control , who can operate effectively in ambiguous situations requiring critical thinking and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities Execute daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and quality checks Ensure order and inventory accuracy in a highly manual environment Identify process gaps and inconsistencies and help stabilize execution Support training of newer associates in the absence of fully documented SOPs Work within an ERP system to process and ship orders accurately Communicate issues clearly and proactively to warehouse management Serve as a trusted point of support on the floor when management is pulled into other priorities Required Experience Prior experience in a warehouse lead, senior associate, or quality-focused role Strong background in shipping, receiving, and inventory control Experience working in more system-driven or process-oriented warehouses Ability to work independently with minimal direction Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills Preferred Experience Prior experience supporting or leading teams of 10-15 associates Experience helping train employees or standardize processes Background in improving inventory accuracy or reducing errors Physical Requirements Standard warehouse duties including lifting, standing, and walking throughout the shift Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $25.00
