As part of the nationally recognized Trinity Health Neuroscience Center, youll have access to a wide range of subspecialty services, including General Neurology, Alzheimer's and Memory Disorders, Headache, Movement Disorders and Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromuscular (ALS and MD), Neuro-Palliative and Supportive Care, Neuropsychology, Stroke, and Neurocritical Care.Our model of care is multi-disciplinary, which includes registered nurses (RN); licensed medical social workers (LMSW); physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
