Hospital is looking for a CRNA to provider sporadic PRN coverage.Sporadic PRN coverage. Potential for future sporadic prn coverage dates.Surgery settingEMR: EpicWill be supervised by an anesthesiologist20 surgical cases per day w/endoLevel 4 traumaPatient demographic: Peds to geriatric13000 annual volumeFully staffed OR staff2 ORs, 1 endo suiteWill accept someone needing a licenseMust be experienced and comfortable working independently Prior to starting:1. Provider must take an Epic training prior to start - can fill out waiver if they have years of experience.2. Orientation prior to start is requiredWithin 30 days of start:1. Provider must have a physical and 5 panel drug screen (not reimburse-able) Submission Requirements Board Certified - REQUIRE BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRE Active MI license (not accepting IMLC or Compact) - REQUIRE Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within the month) REQUIRED at time of presentation. COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED , note at time of name clear
