Coverage Needed: Start Date: 04/01/2026 End Date: 07/31/2026 Shift: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Weekend Requirements Sporadic PRN coverage with potential for future dates Clinical Details: Surgery setting EMR: Epic Supervised by an anesthesiologist 20 surgical cases per day including endoscopy Level 4 trauma Patient demographic: Pediatrics to geriatric Annual volume: 13,000 Fully staffed OR 2 ORs, 1 endoscopy suite Requirements: Board Certified BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications Active Michigan license (not accepting IMLC or Compact) Will accept someone needing a license Self-Query NPDB (must be pulled within the month) COVID Vaccine required Must be experienced and comfortable working independently
