We want to be the company customers and team members gravitate to.We're hiring a leader to own our premium maintenance, fine gardening and enhancement department: service delivery, quality, client retention, and profitable enhancements. You will own:Weekly service delivery (routes, schedule, execution),Fine gardening quality standards (pruning, detail work, plant health),Client communication rhythm, escalations, and retention,Enhancement pipeline (spot, scope, price, propose, follow up, close),Coaching and development of the maintenance team How you will lead here:You'll lead with integrity, a great attitude, and clear communication. You'll drive efficiency (less wasted time, fewer misses, less rework) and develop people through coaching, not chaos.Culture gates (non-negotiable): We do not tolerate ego, disrespect, unsafe behavior, reckless driving, dishonest communication, or blaming.
