Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern working in an in-office setting, located in Edina, Minnesota. We are looking for an enthusiastic and results driven HR Intern to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks. Responsibilities could include, but are not limited to, conducting in-store audits of personnel files, I-9 audit, proof reading documents and policies, assisting with updating company policies and procedures, research on HR best practices, and additional administrative functions. This is a great way to gain practical experience in a small and collaborative HR environment! Reports To:Corporate Human Resources Manager Location:Corporate Office - Edina, MN, not a remote position Classification:Non-Exempt Rate of Pay : $20 - $30 / hour, based on experience Hours:Monday – Friday with occasional weekend work required 25 to 30 hours a week HR Operations and Special Projects: Provide general administrative support to the HR team Participate in HR projects, including I-9 audit (primary project); meet with field staff as needed Maintain accurate HR records and reports Assist with HR metrics, dashboards, and process documentation Recruiting and Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development Assist with job postings on internal and external platforms Assist with new hire onboarding activities and materials Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning events Support development of training materials (slides, job aids, handouts) Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Strong organization skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with Workday, UKG, and Axonify (if applicable) Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation
